Our products are shipped directly from China using certified international couriers. Here are the estimated times:

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as customs checks, national holidays, weather conditions, and shipping volume. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year) times may extend by 5-10 days.
📍 Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment in real-time.
How tracking works:
- 📧 You will receive the tracking number via email within 3-5 business days from order confirmation
- 🔍 You can track your package on this page or on international courier websites
- 📱 Tracking is updated regularly during transit
- 🇮🇹 Once in Italy, the package is handled by the local courier (Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS)

We currently ship throughout Italy, including islands (Sicily, Sardinia) and remote areas.

📮 Delivery Address
Please ensure you enter a complete and correct address. It is not possible to change the address after shipment. Always verify the data before confirming the order.
🛃 Customs and Taxes
For orders from China, it is important to know customs regulations:
💶 Customs Duties:
- Orders under €150: Generally exempt from customs duties
- Orders over €150: May be subject to VAT (22%) and customs duties
- The customer is responsible for any customs taxes
- Customs clearance times may require an additional 3-7 days
ℹ️ Important Information
Most of our products are valued under €150, so they are not subject to duties. In case of customs taxes, the courier will contact you for payment before delivery.
❓ Shipping Issues
📦 Package Not Arrived
If your package does not arrive within the estimated times:
- Check tracking to verify current status
- Wait up to 45 days from the order date
- If after 45 days you have not received anything, contact us
- We will fully refund you or reship the order for free
📍 Tracking Stuck
It is normal for tracking to remain stuck for 5-10 days during international transit. It will be updated when the package arrives in Italy.
🏠 Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver:
- You will receive a delivery attempt notice
- You can pick up the package at the nearest post office
- You have 15 days to pick up the package before it is returned to the sender
