Shipping:

Generally, delays or failed deliveries are sometimes caused by the policies of different customs offices. For example, laser pointers are unacceptable in some countries. Warranty:
If you encounter problems with the material or manufacturing process of the products, it would be helpful to send us photos. After our verification, we can replace the item. However, items must be returned in factory condition, meaning they must not have been washed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
But if the products were damaged simply because you washed them against the washing instructions provided by the company, we are sorry but we will refuse replacement or refund.
