We have a repair shop in Germany, UK and Spain.
Within 1 month, we can repair the scooter for free, and we cover the shipping costs.
After 1 month and up to 3 months, we can repair the scooter for free, with shipping costs paid by the buyer.
After 3 months, we can repair the scooter, the repair is free but the buyer has to pay for the parts and shipping costs.
Tip: Please fully charge the battery after receiving the scooter. It is recommended to charge the scooter regularly (once a week) to improve battery stability and lifespan.

A1: Our scooters are available in warehouses in France, Spain, and Germany. We will choose the best delivery warehouse according to your address. You can receive the scooter within 3-7 days. We will ship the scooter within 48 hours of payment.

A2: We will provide one year of free official maintenance and European warehouse maintenance.
Q3: Do I still need to pay taxes when I receive the package?
